Welcome to Naturally Zimbabwean magazine

Welcome to the first edition of Naturally Zimbabwean, an online magazine for Zimbabweans and everyone else with a passion for our natural foods, natural health and our natural environment. Each week we’ll bring you stories, recipes, interviews and profiles to entertain and educate readers on topics of relevance.

Naturally Zimbabwean is a team effort, and we welcome contributions from anyone. If you have something to say, please share it with us. You can submit articles, comments, queries, photographs, news and links to us at submissions@naturallyzimbabwean.com. If it’s relevant and it fits our theme, we’ll publish everything we receive from you.

In this issue we look at the rise in status of African rice. We find out about healthy diets for children and teens and how the herb Zumbani can help with indigestion. We enjoy a tasty traditional meal at Gava’s restaurant in Harare. Travelling further afield, we hear about Zimbabwe’s exposure at the Africa Big 7 trade show and the Milan Food Expo. In addition we have some exciting recipes for you to try with tasty indigenous products.
