Ingredients

  • 200g taro powder (or fresh boiled taro)
  • Juice of 1 watermelon
  • Honey to taste
  • Fresh cream
  1. Mix watermelon juice and taro powder, stirring until it starts to boil.
  2. Let it boil for 15 minutes at low heat.
  3. Add honey to taste and a swirl of fresh cream.
  4. Serve warm.

Variation: use sweet potato flour instead of taro powder.
