Wild harvested Mongongo nuts


  • ½ cup Mongongo nuts
  • 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Blend all ingredients together, adding water to bring dressing to the desired consistency.
