• 1 medium butternut
  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 200g nyimo bean sprouts (see sprouting method)


  1. Scrub the skin of the butternut and sweet potatoe. Do not remove unless they are very dirty. The nutrients are in the skin.
  2. Cut the butternut and sweet potatoes into quarters, drizzle with oil and roast until soft and brown (20-30 minutes). Cut into cubes.
  3. Lightly steam the nyimo bean sprouts for about 5 minutes.
  4. Combine all ingredients and serve warm.
