- 200g taro powder (or fresh boiled taro)
- Juice of 1 watermelon
- Honey to taste
- Fresh cream
- Mix watermelon juice and taro powder, stirring until it starts to boil.
- Let it boil for 15 minutes at low heat.
- Add honey to taste and a swirl of fresh cream.
- Serve warm.
Variation: use sweet potato flour instead of taro powder.
